AVC’s QC department conducts extensive quality control monitoring throughout the manufacturing process, from compression and authoring through distribution and fulfillment. Suppliers are required to meet stringent criteria before becoming a qualified AVC Corp. vendor. We maintain key verification checkpoints to ensure electronic, physical and cosmetic quality.

In CD and DVD replication, AVC uses only state of-the-art injection-compression molding machines, which guarantees the ultimate pit replication and CD/DVD quality. First discs replicated are bit-for-bit tested with the original and then inserted into consumer DVD players and drives to test functionality.

Quality Control is the ultimate seal of approval for AVC and the level of its products and services is determined by the QC department. 

The method of success is to achieve quality assurance through statistically sound sampling and inspection thereby guaranteeing superior quality. Whether 100% quality control is required or small statistical sampling according to MIL-STD-105E, the procedures are to accomplish a system of check and re-check at all levels – from raw materials to finished goods – in order to give our clients assurance of the AVC product and its quality.

All personnel who are part of the QC department must be properly trained in all areas of shipping, receiving, and production. QC personnel are trained to identify defects and communicate to the appropriate departments what is required to correct the defects. Consistency in QC standards and procedures are mandatory to achieve quality and are maintained at all times.
