AVC Corporation continues to develop and implement quality control measures for DVD manufacturing that far exceed industry standards

For DVD replication, AVC Corporation's quality control initiatives include:

• Conducting extensive quality control monitoring throughout the manufacturing process, from compression and authoring through distribution and fulfillment.
• Requiring raw material suppliers to meet stringent criteria to become a "qualified" AVC Corporation vendor.
• Maintaining key verification checkpoints to ensure electronic, physical and cosmetic quality.
• Using only state of-the-art injection-compression molding machines which guarantee the ultimate pit replication and DVD quality.
• First discs replicated are bit-for-bit tested with the original and then inserted into consumer DVD players and drives to test functionality.
